Note the average preparation cost is calculated based on a national average ($0.0267/oz. served) for regular brewed coffee
and ($0.0350/oz. served) for espresso based drinks as provided by the Specialty Coffee Association. It utilizes a standard
average factor for labor, overhead and service time. Latte and Cappuccino selections are calculated assuming milk cost to
be ($1.99/gal.). Your actual costs may be higher or lower depending on your local utility costs and the costs associated
with the operation of your particular equipment.
