A better question is, why not? Home roasting is relaxing and fun. Create your own
custom blends, develop your pallet. You might not have the room or talent to start a vineyard and
produce your own wine – but blending coffees shares the same basic principles and you can do it in your
kitchen. Check out our Home Roasting page for more details.

SWP Decaffeinated Varieties:
Swiss Water Process (SWP) is a 100% natural decaffeination process which
uses only water and charcoal filtration to remove the caffeine from the coffee bean (similar
to a water purifier). Most commercial grade and lower grade specialty decaf coffees are
processed with the European Process (EP) which uses methyl-chloride to remove the caffeine
from the coffee bean.
