That is really an issue of personal opinion. We have heard valid points on both sides. Generally liquid syrups will dissolve faster but, powders seem to add more flavor. Our best suggestion is experimentation.

These dispenser cartons are great for impulse buying, counter top display. They can also be purchased for small quantity gift basket orders. Each dispenser pack contains 12-1.25 oz. individual packets of cocoa.

These units are packed individually, 100 to a case. Each packet contains 1.25 oz. of cocoa. Great for gift baskets or assort them in a counter top basket for impulse buying display. Not recommended for individual service. The 5# Bulk bags are much better for this application.
