Specialty gourmet coffee grinders

There is no one ‘all purpose’ grind for all types of coffee makers. Each brewing method requires it�s own grind. Too fine a grind will cause over extraction and bitterness.
Too coarse a grind will weaken the brew, producing a ‘watery’ cup. use this handy chart as guide:

Percolator ——– Coarse
Plunger Pot ——- Medium Coarse
Drip (Flat) ——- Medium
Drip (Cone) ——- Fine
Espresso ———- Very Fine
