How do I return
a package?
OUR GUARANTEE:
Fortunes Coffee unconditionally guarantees all merchandise. If
you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may
return it to us within 30 days for a Fortunes Coffee credit or
refund. Just send the item back to us by FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel
Post along with the original packing slip. Please call us at
1-888-327-JAVA (5282) for the proper address for returns before
you send the package. You will be notified as soon as your
credit card has been credited. Unless we have made an error in
picking or shipping your order, Fortunes can not pay for the
return shipping costs.
How do I
exchange an item?
Just send the item
back to us via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post along with the original
packing slip and exchange instructions. Please call us at
1-888-327-JAVA (5282) for the proper address for exchanges before
you send the package. Your replacement will be sent out with
the same expediency as any order. Your credit card will
automatically be adjusted for any difference in cost.
